Adding exercise to your regular routine can add years to your life!  Scientists say that the key to a longer, higher quality life is to switch to a low fat plant based diet, exercise regularly, decrease stress, and even do some meditation.

The Fall season is officially upon us tomorrow, and with fall comes all the holiday scents and flavors!  Making healthy choices and keeping the body feeling its best is an important reminder as we venture into the holiday season! There are so many temptations out there, but if we keep in mind that our health and well-being comes first then its easier to pass up that gigantic slice of cake!!
