Chocolate Chewy Fudge Globes

I love Valentine’s Day!! It’s my second favorite next to Christmas…I love all the pink, the girly decorations, but most of all…the DESSERTS!! Yes!!! This year I am rocking it sugar-free style!  These fudge globes can be made anytime of the year because let’s face it….chocolate is awesome all the time.  I’m totally loving these fudgy yummies; they just taste like pure fudge, it’s crazy how delicious and chewy they are! They are SO easy too. Just a few ingredients to toss into the food processor. Roll them up and you’re finished! Gotta love that.

Ingredients (makes about 15, 1 inch globes)

2 Cups Freeze Dried Bananas

3 Tablespoons Raw Cacao Powder, unsweetened

20 Medjool Dates, pitted

Raw Cacao Nibs (optional)

Goji Berries (optional)

Directions

1.  Add dried bananas and cacao powder to the food processor. Puree until the bananas are in powder form.

2.  Add Dates to the mixture and blend until thoroughly combined.  

3.  Roll into globes and then roll in toppings if desired!  

**I keep mine stored in the refrigerator.
