Egg-Not Holiday Trio

When everyone else is drinking egg nog, try one of my guilt-free Holiday Egg-Nots!  These are creamy, delicious, dairy-free, sugar-free, and full of raw protein!  My favorite is the Classic, and my husband’s favorite is the Banana! The Chocolate Power drink is my brother’s go-to Holiday shake for a pre or post workout snack; he chills his as a refreshing beverage! Warm or Cold, these Holiday Egg-Not’s are spectacular!  Give the gift of good health, and share these dairy-free beverages with your friends!

1.  Classic Egg-Not

Classic Egg-Not Ingredients

1 Cup Almond Milk, unsweetened

1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla

4 Medjool Dates, pitted

1/2 Cup Cashews

1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg

1/8 Teaspoon Cinnamon

2-4 Dried Apricots

2.  Banana Egg-Not

Banana Egg-Not Ingredients

1 Cup Almond Milk, unsweetened

1 Banana

1/4 Cup Raw Cashews, unsalted

1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg

1/8 Teaspoon Cinnamon

2 Medjool Dates, pitted

2 Tablespoons Raisins

3.  Chocolate Power Egg-Not 

Chocolate Power Egg-Not Ingredients

1 Banana

4 Medjool Dates, pitted

1 Tablespoon Raw Walnuts, unsalted

1 & 1/2 Teaspoon Cocoa Powder, unsweetened

1 Teaspoon Raw Almond Butter

1 Cup Vanilla Hemp Milk, unsweetened

2 inches Orange Peel

1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg

Splash of Apple Juice

Directions for all Recipes

 1.  Choose your recipe and blend all ingredients in Vitamix or high powered blender.  

2.  If you are using a Vitamix, continue to blend for 3-5 minutes until the mixture is warm. Pour into your mug and enjoy!

3.  Another option is to heat the blended mixture in a small pot over the stove until warmed.  🙂
