I love pumpkin. I love it because it’s a nutritious healthy carb with just the right amount of natural sweet and savory flavor.  I used canned 100% Pure Pumpkin for this smoothie, which made my life very simple. I appreciate canned pumpkin.

The banana turned this into creamy heaven and raisins added a tangy sweetness! The spices speak for themselves!

This is autumn happiness in a jar!


1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

1/2 Cup 100% Pure Pumpkin Puree 

1/2 Banana

1 Tablespoon Raisins

1/2 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

1/2 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

1 Tablespoon Ground Flaxseeds

1 Cup Ice
