Mocha Coconut Frappe

This is your new healthy frappuccino! Vegan Mocha Coconut Frappe. Sugar-Free!

Are you ever in the mood for a blended coffee drink but decide not to indulge because of your healthier judgement?! I love to have coffee drinks on special occasions, so I decided to create my healthy version of a “Frappuccino.”

This is really an amazing treat! Make this for you and a friend and don’t tell them its sugar-free/dairy-free; I bet they will never know! (If you really wanna be sneaky, throw in a little raw baby spinach! It won’t affect the color or taste!)


1/2 Cup Extra Bold Coffee, fresh brewed and cooled

1/2 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk

5 Medjool Dates, pitted

2 & 1/2  Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Shreds

1/2 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

1 Teaspoon Ground Flaxseed

2 Cups Ice


Blend it baby!
